Holiness is the heartbeat of a life transformed by the Holy Spirit, guiding us to be Christlike in thought, action, and reaction.
God, forgive us for thinking it was only about hairdos and hemlines! Forgive us for emphasizing outward appearances while at the same time demonstrating hatefulness, haughtiness, and hypocrisy. Forgive us, God, for harboring judgmental attitudes that fail to reflect Your love and for adopting holier-than-thou attitudes, rather than being clothed with genuine holiness with humility that sets us apart for Your service.
May my attitude, my actions, and what keeps my attention reflect only who You are.
