ADMINISTRATIVE BISHOP
Administrative Bishop Charles Fischer

Bishop Charles Fischer was both born and raised in Texas where he began his ministry and served as a State Evangelist.  He attended West Coast Bible College in Fresno, CA, where he earned his B.A. in Christian Ministries, evangelizing throughout California, Oregon and Washington while in school.

After graduation he attended the Pentecostal Theological Seminary where he earned his Masters of Divinity degree. He is currently a candidate in the doctoral program .

He has served 12 years as State Youth And Discipleship Director in Washington, Oklahoma and Southern Ohio.  They have pastored for 16 years in Indianapolis, IN and Longview, WA, and have spent the past 12 years serving as Administrative Bishop in the great states of Alaska, California-Nevada and Kentucky.

YOUTH AND DISCIPLESHIP DIRECTOR

Bishop Matthew Propes serves as the Youth and Discipleship Director for the Church of God in Texas.

Matthew majored in Pastoral Ministry and also studied Christian Education and Political Science at Lee University. He graduated with the class of 2007. In addition, he studied Theological Studies at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary where he received his Master of Divinity degree.

He has served as a College and Career Pastor, Associate Pastor and Senior Pastor for a total of 5 years. In addition to his pastoral duties, he has served as Youth and Discipleship Director for the Midlands Region, Missouri, Kentucky, South Georgia and Ohio.

He is married to Jennifer Propes and they are the proud parents of Mark Thomas Propes & William Davis Propes.

WOMEN'S MINISTRIES DIRECTOR

Alice Fischer were both born and raised in Texas. After graduating from high school she joined Bishop Fischer, attended West Coast Bible College in Fresno, California and evangelized throughout California, Oregon and Washington, falling in love with the West Coast.

She has joined Bishop Fischer, serving 12 years as State Youth And Discipleship Directors in Washington, Oklahoma and Southern Ohio, pastored for 16 years in Indianapolis, IN and Longview, WA, and spent the past 12 years serving as Administrative Bishop in the great states of Alaska, California-Nevada and Kentucky.

They have three grown children Joel Fischer, Lauryn Montgomery and her husband Brandon.  They have one grandchild, Micah that is the delight of their life!
